MPV Solar is an Australian family-owned solar business that provides solar systems services, including installations and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Based in Sydney, they have more than 15 years in the solar market and realised more than 5,500 projects.

Branding and Strategy analysis

MPV Solar built a strong brand trust over the years, with high-scoring reviews for their services on Google and specialized website, social medias displaying photos of employees installations on diverse sites, and a website storytelling explainning processes, delivering free quotations and telling which brand pannels and garanting service and products quality.

After analysis we identified that they strategy was entirely focused in bottom-of-funnel customers, apparently relying on customers consultations, recommendations, and specific organic content that could limitate discovery search.

We also used benchmarketing and analticals tools (as SEMrush, META ad library, Google ads transparency center, website structure and more) to identify a likely loss of traffic, AI search, authority score, organic keywords, ranking and paid ads exploration.
